Incorporate Comment Fields For Detailed Feedback

Comment box questions are often used for collecting open-ended responses. It can be used for collecting comments, feedbacks, recommendation, etc.

How to add Comment box?

1. 
   On “Step 2: Build” of your survey setup process, drag and drop the “Comment box” icon to the right. This will create a standard “Comment box” question for you.
2. Click on the “Edit” button on the question to open the edit window
   
   
3. Add or edit your question and click on “Save and Close” to save the changes
